About me
I am an experienced supervisor, manager, and social services practitioner who is passionate about helping people do meaningful work in sustainable ways.
My supervision style is reflective, collaborative, and supportive. I offer a confidential space to think through challenges, explore ideas, strengthen professional practice, and reconnect with what matters most in your work.
My background includes work in counselling, addictions, family violence, restorative justice, community development and working within faith-based organisations. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both the rewards and the challenges that come with supporting others.
In my clinical work, I have drawn on person-centred, solution-focused, narrative, and motivational interviewing approaches. These perspectives continue to influence my supervision practice, supporting collaborative, strengths-based conversations focused on reflection and professional growth.
Alongside supervision, I also draw on coaching and mentoring approaches where these are helpful to the work we are doing together. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive, recognising that people bring different ways of thinking, communicating, processing information, and experiencing the world. I aim to create a respectful, collaborative space where you can bring your whole self to supervision.

“One of the greatest barriers to connection is the cultural importance we place on ‘going it alone.’ Somehow we’ve come to equate success with not needing anyone. Many of us are willing to extend a helping hand, but we’re very reluctant to reach out for help when we need it ourselves. It’s as if we’ve divided the world into those who offer help’ and ‘those who need help.’ The truth is that we are both.”
― Brené Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
